Hi-Tech Controls has had the opportunity to work with wide range of robotic equipment manufacturers. HTC has integrated and programmed Nachi, Motoman, and GE Fanuc articulating robots.

   HTC’s experience in robotics includes pick and place cells, weld cells (wire feed and spot welds), multiple task robot cells. HTC has intimate knowledge of all robotic cell safety regulations.

   The video available shows multiple task robot cells, the GE Fanuc robot is programmed to de-stack flat “blanks” of steel from four different areas at constantly changing elevations. The blank is loaded onto a test cell, depending on the output of the test cell, the robot either loads the blank to be processed or disposes of the bad blank onto a separate scrap fixture.
